China Sourcing Agent Fees

What are China sourcing agent fees?

China sourcing agent fees refer to the costs associated with hiring a professional sourcing agent to help you find and purchase products from China. While some buyers are able to independently locate and buy products, many rely on sourcing agents for their expertise in navigating China’s manufacturing landscape. These fees cover the services provided by the agent, such as supplier identification, price negotiation, quality control, and logistics management.

How much do China sourcing agents charge?

Our service fee is based on the order amount, with a minimum order of $1,000 per item. The final price we quote includes the supplier’s price and the domestic express shipping fee. Before we begin processing your order, we require a $100 deposit, which will be applied to the total service fee.Once you place the order, the commission fee will be calculated based on the order amount. Typically, the commission charged by Chinese sourcing agents ranges from 3% to 10% of the total order value. The exact rate can be found in the pricing list.

Note: We offer 30 days of free warehouse storage in Shenzhen. During this time, you can consolidate more products for shipping together, which may also help you reduce your service charge.
