Anhydrous Calcium Chloride 94%
Product Overview
Our Anhydrous Calcium Chloride Mini-Pellets (CaCl₂ ≥94%) are high-purity industrial-grade materials widely used in oilfield applications, construction additives, dust control, and chemical manufacturing. This product is produced by dehydrating a naturally derived brine solution, resulting in a purified white powder, granular, or tablet form.
Applications
Oil & Gas Industry: Used in the preparation of high-density, solids-free drilling fluids.
Construction: Acts as a concrete accelerator and antifreeze agent, enhancing curing speed and improving cold resistance.
Desiccant: Effective for drying gases like nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, sulfur dioxide, and more.
Chemical Manufacturing: Used as a dehydrating agent in the synthesis of alcohols, esters, and resins.
Food Industry: Serves as a firming agent, coagulant, and calcium supplement (under food-grade conditions).
Other Uses: Employed in ice-making brines, waste paper deinking, dust suppression, flame retardant textiles, and metallurgy (as refining agent).

Storage & Handling
Solid calcium chloride is hygroscopic and deliquescent. It must be stored in a dry, sealed environment to prevent moisture absorption and conversion into brine. Reseal opened packages tightly after each use.
